Terms of service
These terms govern your use of PatternXRadar (the "Service"), operated by the operator named in the footer ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What the Service is
The Service is research software for USDT-margined perpetual contracts (Binance USDⓈ-M perpetuals, Bybit linear perpetuals, MEXC perpetuals) traded with isolated margin; it does not cover spot, options or coin-margined contracts. It analyses public market data, detects chart structures, measures their historical outcomes and raises alerts. It can, at your request and with your own exchange API keys, place orders on your exchange account.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing produced by the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and no output is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Historical hit rates describe the past and do not predict the future. Crash alerts are probabilistic and will include false alarms and misses. You alone decide whether to trade, what size and what leverage, and you bear every loss. Leveraged derivatives can lose more than your margin.
3. Accounts
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to trade crypto perpetual contracts there. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. One trial per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, share credentials, scrape it or interfere with other users.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Plans are priced in US dollars and paid in Bitcoin through an invoice generated by our BTCPay Server. A plan activates when the invoice settles on-chain or over Lightning and runs for the paid period. There is no automatic renewal; access ends when the period ends unless a new invoice is paid. Prices and plan limits may change for future periods; a paid period is never repriced. Refund terms are in the refund policy.
5. Exchange execution
If you connect an exchange account you confirm that you created the API key with trade-only permission, that you understand orders will be placed on your behalf according to the budgets and settings you configure, and that exchange outages, rejected orders, slippage and partial fills are outside our control. Paper mode places no real orders.
5a. Non-custodial; partner programmes; builder fee
The Service never holds, receives, transfers or has withdrawal access to your funds. Trading happens on your own exchange account through an API key you create; we recommend, and the Service assumes, a key without withdrawal permission. The only payment to us is the subscription.
We take part in exchange partner (broker, affiliate, referral) programmes. If you open an exchange account through a link we provide, or trade through the Service on an exchange where we hold a partner identifier, the exchange may pay us a share of the fees it charges you. This does not increase what you pay the exchange; referral links usually reduce it. Which programmes we take part in is listed in the knowledge base.
On Hyperliquid, the Service can attach a builder fee to your orders: a per-order charge, stated in the app before approval, that the exchange adds to its own fee and pays to us. It is never attached unless you expressly approve it in the app for that account, and you may revoke it in the app or on the exchange at any time, after which no further builder fee is charged.
6. Data and availability
Market data comes from third-party public endpoints that may be delayed, incomplete, rate-limited or geo-restricted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service or of any data source and may perform maintenance at any time.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its engine, models and content are ours or our licensors'. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for the paid period. Do not resell signals, redistribute output as a feed or reverse-engineer the engine.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, liquidations, missed alerts, false alerts, data errors, exchange failures or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
9. Termination
You can stop at any time by not renewing. We may terminate for breach of these terms. Sections 2, 7, 8 and 10 survive termination.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance. These terms are governed by the law of our place of establishment unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
