The free trial
What the trial includes, how long it lasts, what happens when it ends, and why it is once per person.
What you get
Every new account receives a trial on signup. By default it lasts 7 days (the operator may set a different length) and carries Starter limits: 3 pairs, no exchange accounts, with signals, the consensus card, Crash Radar, technical ratings and the Performance page. Pro features such as My Positions, the analog forecast, Telegram and exchange execution are not part of the trial.
Your Account page shows status trial with the number of days left.
Making the most of it
- Add the two or three pairs you actually trade on day one. Preparation of a new pair takes a while and the consensus card is not informative until it finishes, so do not spend the trial waiting.
- Leave a browser tab open or allow browser notifications so you see real alerts during the week.
- Run a backtest on the Performance page for your pairs and compare the walk-forward figures with the live signal tracker at the end of the week.
- Watch how the Crash Radar behaves across at least one volatile session, including how often warnings are voided above the Void above level.
When it ends
On expiry the app redirects you to Account with the note that a subscription is required, and API calls answer 402 subscription_required. Your watchlist and settings are kept. Pay for any plan from Account > Billing or the Pricing page and access resumes the moment the invoice settles; a zero-total invoice (full coupon or enough credit) activates immediately.
One trial per person
The trial is granted once per account, and once per referral chain and email: creating a second account through your own referral link, or re-registering the same address, does not grant another trial. If your trial was too short to judge the tool, contact support with your account email rather than creating a new account.
Trial and referrals
If you signed up through someone's referral link (/r/CODE), the trial is the same, and the referral discount of 15% applies to your first invoice after the trial. Your own referral code is active during the trial, so you can share it straight away; the referrer credit is only earned when the person you referred pays their first invoice.
Note: the trial counts against the plan's pair limit like a paid plan. Removing a pair frees the slot at once.
