What PatternXRadar does and does not do

A plain description of the analysis the tool runs, what it alerts you about, and the things it will never do for you.

What it is

PatternXRadar is a signal and crash-radar tool for USDT-margined perpetual contracts (Binance USDⓈ-M perpetuals, Bybit linear perpetuals, MEXC perpetuals), the contracts you trade with isolated margin. Every pair you add is the perpetual contract, not spot: funding, open interest, liquidations and the chart all come from the perpetual market. For every pair on your watchlist it keeps a live chart on nine timeframes (1m, 5m, 15m, 1h, 2h, 4h, 1d, 1w, 1M), scans the price structure for chart patterns, checks every technical technique against the pair's own history, and turns the result into a plain-language conclusion with entry, stop-loss and take-profit ranges. A separate Crash Radar watches for the conditions that preceded past crashes and warns you early enough to act.

Everything is built from free public exchange data. No market-data API key is ever needed.

Note: there are no spot, coin-margined or options markets in the tool. If a symbol is missing from the picker it has no USDT perpetual contract on Binance, Bybit or MEXC.

What it does

Area What you get
Pattern engine W / M (double bottoms and tops), triple tops and bottoms, head and shoulders, triangles, wedges, flags, channels, broadening formations, cup and handle, rounding tops and bottoms, Wyckoff springs and upthrusts, V climaxes, plus candlestick and divergence confirmations. Patterns are detected at five swing scales so small and large structures are both found.
Consensus card Every technique on every timeframe votes long or short. The tool replays the pair's history every 30 minutes since 2018 to learn which combinations of techniques actually predicted the move on this pair, and only proven combinations drive the final call: GO LONG, GO SHORT, LEAN LONG, LEAN SHORT, WAIT or NO LONGS.
Trade ranges Entry range with a chase limit, tight and wide stop-loss, TP1 and TP2, risk-to-reward, and the exit policy that paid best on this pair's past signals.
Crash Radar A probability of a sharp drop on four horizons (15 min, 1 h, 4 h, 24 h), with the reasons in plain language, the price levels that confirm or void the warning, the most similar past crashes, and a cascade detector that catches a crash in its first seconds.
Alerts Sounds, a flashing widget border, popups, browser notifications and optional Telegram messages.
My Positions Record the orders you placed in your exchange app and let the tool watch PnL, liquidation distance, stop and targets live.
Execution Optional paper or live trading through MEXC or Bybit with daily budgets, leverage and risk checks.
Performance Walk-forward backtests, exit-policy tests, calibration of the confidence threshold, and a live signal tracker.

What it does not do

  • It does not predict every crash. The radar reports probabilities. False alarms and misses happen, and the hit rate of each alert level is shown on the Crash Radar page so you can calibrate how much to trust it.
  • It does not guarantee a pattern outcome. Hit rates such as "TP1 hit 63%" are historical frequencies on this pair and timeframe, not promises.
  • It does not trade for you unless you ask it to. Execution stays off until you create an exchange account, enable it and switch it from Paper to Live.
  • It does not hold your funds or withdraw anything. Exchange API keys are stored encrypted on the server with a password only you know, and you are asked to create keys with trade-only permission.
  • It is not financial advice. Leverage amplifies both wins and losses, and nothing in the app can prevent that.

Where to start

  1. Add a pair on the Dashboard and wait for the Preparing stages to finish. See Adding your first pair.
  2. Read the pair widget and the consensus card. See Reading the pair widget and Understanding the consensus card.
  3. Run a backtest on the Performance page before you act on anything.
  4. Only then consider recording positions or connecting an exchange account.

Tip: leave the app open in a browser tab. Every closed candle is analysed, and the crash fast lane runs every five seconds whether or not you are looking.
