Account: plans and limits
What each plan includes, how pair and account limits are enforced, and how to read your Account page.
Plans
Prices and limits are set by the operator and shown on the Pricing page; the defaults are:
| Plan | Monthly / yearly (USD) | Pairs | Exchange accounts | Features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 29 / 290 | 3 | 0 | signals, crash radar, consensus, technical ratings, performance page |
| Pro | 69 / 690 | 15 | 2 | Starter plus My Positions, analog forecast, Telegram, exchange execution, exit policies, calibration |
| Elite | 149 / 1490 | 50 | 10 | Pro plus priority preparation queue, raw exports, multiple accounts |
Yearly billing is ten months for the price of twelve. Every new account starts with a free trial at Starter limits; see Free trial.
How limits are enforced
- Pairs. Adding a pair beyond max pairs returns an error toast in the app with an upgrade link. Pairs already on your list keep working if a plan change lowers the limit, but you cannot add more until you are under it.
- Exchange accounts. Creating an account beyond max accounts is refused the same way. Starter has none, so the Trading page is view-only on Starter.
- Features. A page or button that needs a feature your plan lacks shows the same upgrade toast. The API answers with a 403 and a
detailnaming the feature. - Priority queue (Elite): your newly added pairs are prepared ahead of other users' pairs.
Administrators have no limits.
When access lapses
When the trial or subscription expires the app redirects to Account with the reason subscription, and the API answers 402 subscription_required. Your watchlist, positions, trading accounts and settings are kept; paying for any plan restores them. A plan's limits apply again immediately on activation.
The Account page
Account (top-bar menu, or /account) shows:
- the plan, status (trial, active, expired or none), expiry date and days left;
- usage: pairs and accounts used against the plan limits;
- a list of pairs that are still preparing with their stage;
- links to Billing, Referrals and Security.
Account > Billing lists invoices and starts a checkout; Account > Referrals has your link and credit; Account > Security has the password and session controls.
Changing plan
Open Pricing or Account > Billing and choose a plan and period. Paying activates the new plan from the moment the invoice settles for the full period. There is no proration: if you upgrade mid-period, make the switch close to your renewal date or ask support. Downgrading takes effect when the current period ends and you pay for the smaller plan.
Refunds and cancellation
Payments are in Bitcoin and are final once settled; the refund policy is at /legal/refunds. There is nothing to cancel: a subscription simply runs to its expiry date unless you pay for another period.
Note: a plan's max pairs counts pairs on your watchlist, not pairs the engine prepares. Removing a pair frees a slot immediately.
